In an effort to provide the best possible support and to address the needs and requests of our customers, we've created optional priority paid support plans.
The hours included in our plans can be used for any of our services. Use it to create custom HTML, PHP, graphic work, text edits, page additions, site re-design, data entry, etc. Hours are purchased on a pre-paid basis and can be used for the duration of the month. Unused hours expire at the end of the month. Any excess hours will be billed at discounted hourly rates.*
